The Local Enterprise Authority has invested in the training of agricultural entrepreneurs, especially within the horticultural space. The training involved graduates from the Glen Valley area in Botswana and encompassed enterprise management skills among other modern-day farming practices .

BURUNDIThe European Union recently lifted sanctions that had been placed in Burundi. The EU had placed sanctions in 2016 following a political crisis. Lifting the sanctions marks a great development for the country and it is said that since the 2020 elections, Burundi is much more transparent .
