Branch Sales Manager – Nairobi, Kenya

Our client a, high-quality solar energy provider is looking to recruit a Branch Sales Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the complete performance of the sales team and guiding the sales department appropriately to achieve operational targets. The desired candidate must have at least 2 years sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client acquisition and client retention strategies
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branch
• Prepare list of all prospective customers for sales leads
• Manage all marketing plans and programs and provide training to all service personnel
• Prepare all marketing reports and evaluate all procedures and recommend improvements to sales department
• Coordinate with Market Managers and prepare all required reports and ensure achievement of all sales objectives
• Oversee all activities for branch and provide optimal level of customer services
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch and maintain all current business

• University Degree in business, marketing or other related field
• 2 years at managerial level delivering positive results in sales & marketing
• Proven branch management experience
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Results driven, and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent sales skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
• Excellent Computer literacy
