Our client, East Africa leading Security Solutions Company is seeking to recruit a Cash Center Manager for their Uganda Office.
The successful candidate will effectively manage and oversee the total operations of all cash related activities. They will focus on aligning contractual commitments with clients and implementing the company’s cash processing procedures in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should be a proactive change agent with robust leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with CPC operational and administrative procedures within defined guidelines.
- Ensure all staff are aware of the policies and procedures and that it is effectively implemented and adhered to
- Reviews and drives improvement in cash management by ensuring that financial obligations are met in terms of budget requirements.
- Direct cash management operations to include cash processing, ATM handling and vaulting.
- Assist to Develop a 15% per annum growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Consolidation of cash processing reports and evaluation of variances
- Ensure that all relevant legislative requirements are adhered to and that company procedures and standards – including health and safety, security, HR, finance and risk are maintained
- Effective management of risk process and compliance within the cash center
- Manage and monitor loss prevention and loss reduction procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management.
- Post Graduate qualification in Banking and Financial Services.
- At least 10 years documented working experience in a similar position in a busy financial services environment.
- Strong People management skills
- Planning and organizing skills
