Our client, a company that specializes in performance improvement is looking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be required to deliver exceptional business support and performance through effective planning and execution of training programs, strong self-leadership, operational excellence, and teamwork. He or She should have a good understanding of adult learning principles.
Key Requirements:
- Provide exceptional leadership, service and direction through all our customer touchpoints which include reception management, telephone, and email communication.
- Ensure proper resource planning for projects/assignments including but not limited to Delivery Consultants, training materials, equipment and training facilities.
- Support the Operations Manager and the organization at large in the effective management of Training resource planning and utilization.
- Implement prudent planning measures for all resource management and institute replenishment thresholds.
- Formulate and perform necessary information analysis aimed at evaluating training return on investment, improving performance, enhancing service delivery and customer service towards achieving ‘customers for life’ focus.
- Have a clear understanding of your contribution towards all training costs and act responsibly to ensure prudent resource management.
- Carefully go through each of the Training Evaluation forms and attend to all comments that require action within 48 hours.
- Be familiar with all key contact persons in each organization and maintain healthy rapport with them.
- Ensure professional preparation and delivery of all training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, customer service and quality assurance in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of basic working IT applications.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
