Our client, a prominent Agri company in Kenya specializing in the sales of fertilizer products, is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Finance Admin.
The ideal candidate will manage both accounting and admin roles and Must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Support basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including data entry and processing invoices.
- Managing accounts payables and receivables.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting.
- Liaise with the finance team on payroll, expense reimbursements, and petty cash management.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must have a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
- Must have 2 years and above working experience.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools.
- Hands on with integrity and interpersonal skills.
