Our client, is an innovative horticulture group founded in Kenya in 2020, and is seeking to recruit a Group Finance Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing business plans and financial modelling of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Requirements:
- Valuation of current operations.
- Consolidated forecasting for the Group.
- Business plans and financial modelling of new business opportunities.
- Due diligence on new investments.
- Engagement with investors for debt and equity funding.
- Other performances data and KPI analysis for operations.
- Shareholder reporting.
- Developing and managing technical assistance financing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Accounting (CFA/ACCA) or Financial Analyst (CFA) qualified.
- Highly computer literate.
- Previous experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
- Self-confident, conscientious and organised.
- Excellent written and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise.
- Able to act independently and take responsibility.
- Sound integrity.
