Human Resource Manager – Juba, South Sudan

A dynamic, Security Company based in Juba is seeking to recruit a HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of comprehensive Human Resources (HR) services to the company, and proactively advise on best practice, taking a hands-on role in implementation. The ideal candidate Must have experience in the Security Sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage employer/employee relations.
  • Manage company HR policy and procedures and ensure compliance at all levels.
  • Manage employee recruitment, performance, and retention.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Manage and maintain relations with local and national Labour Offices.
  • Drive improvements to the HR department.
  • Provide HR training and awareness for relevant staff.
  • Manage and maintains all employee reports and records including Recruitment; Training; Leave; Medical; Pay; Discipline; Performance and Retention.
  • Manage HR related communications with all levels of the company.
  • Manage man-power plans.
  • Manage, with the upmost levels of integrity and diligence, HR related financial matters.
  • Execute the responsibilities of an HR Manager according to lawful and ethical standards.
  • Maintains the highest levels of professional standards and personal discipline.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR management is required.
  • Post-graduate degree in HR management is desirable.
  • Alternative professional qualifications in HR management are desirable.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an equivalent HR Manager position.
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in HR roles.
  • Proven competence in developing and maintaining HR systems.
  • Proven experience in HR management for a large organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
