Our client, a company in the logistics and IT industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in the logistics and IT sectors, and will be well-versed in employment laws, recruitment strategies, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-volume recruitment, design effective training programs, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment, especially for roles such as drivers and logistics coordinators.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain workplace morale.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to logistics roles.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and culture.
- Monitor and improve HR processes using data analytics.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in logistics, IT, or related industries.
- Must have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation and supply chain management.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations specific to the logistics sector.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and payroll software.
- Ability to use HR data analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations specific to the logistics industry.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the logistics sector.
- Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of the logistics industry.
