Our client, a company in the logistics and IT industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in the logistics and IT sectors, and will be well-versed in employment laws, recruitment strategies, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-volume recruitment, design effective training programs, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume recruitment, especially for roles such as drivers and logistics coordinators.
Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain workplace morale.
Oversee performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
Design and implement training programs tailored to logistics roles.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and culture.
Monitor and improve HR processes using data analytics.
Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR issues and provide solutions.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR functions.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in logistics, IT, or related industries.
Must have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are advantageous.
Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation and supply chain management.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations specific to the logistics sector.
Proficiency in HR management systems and payroll software.
Ability to use HR data analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations specific to the logistics industry.
Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the logistics sector.
Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of the logistics industry.
