Our client a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality international curriculum education is seeking to hire an ICT Manager to join our team and lead our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably at a school or academic institution, with a solid understanding of the unique ICT needs in such environments.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support the school’s educational objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the school’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technology needs, ensuring that ICT solutions enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of all ICT functions.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and integrate innovative solutions into the schools’ ICT framework.
- Relevant business-related Degree.
- Must have a Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably at a school or academic institution, with a solid understanding of the unique ICT needs in such environments.
- Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in school management software systems, particularly Engage, is essential. Experience in configuring, implementing, and managing such software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
