Our client, a Non-Profit Organization whose mission is to help build and support High Impact Businesses that provide sustainable economic opportunities is looking to recruit an Investment Analyst (Donor Engagement).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fundraising and donor engagement efforts, while leveraging expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, including cultivating donor relationships, preparing funding proposals, and supporting investor engagement strategies to mobilize capital from both philanthropic and investment sources.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate investment opportunities, assess program sustainability, and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform funding strategies, performance tracking, and resource allocation across projects or portfolios.
- Create high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and investors, clearly communicating financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, drawing from experience in management consulting, investment, or operational roles, to optimize organizational performance and scale impact.
Qualifications:
- Must have a relevant Bachelors Degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
