A well established and dynamic Exec Search and Recruitment company is seeking to recruit a Junior Recruitment Consultant who will be based in Karen, Nairobi. He/ She will be responsible for supporting the reception desk and growing the business by filling open positions as required by hiring managers. The successful candidate MUST be extrovert, very engaging and bubby, enjoy problem solving, working with a variety of people and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Support the reception desk by welcoming candidates and clients, explaining assessments to candidates and other delegated admin tasks.
- Full cycle recruitment.
- Prospecting for business and partnerships.
- Communicate regularly with clients to maintain good relations and understand client requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, position requirements and perform reference checks as needed.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Any other tasks assigned to you.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, sales or Social Sciences.
- Must have an outgoing, energizing and bubbly personality.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Must have impeccable communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
