Our client, an established hotel is looking to recruit a The candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth and for the hotel. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to promote the brand and attract new customers.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to enhance the hotel’s online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Organize and host promotional events to engage with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and manage the sales, marketing budget effectively and Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
