Our client, a leading international distributor of high-quality cosmetics and accessories, is expanding into the African market. They seek a Learning Ambassador to develop and implement a training strategy for local sales teams, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and driving business growth.
The Learning Ambassador will craft and execute a comprehensive training strategy, focusing on blended learning methods. This role requires collaboration with the Paris team and expertise in training, digital learning, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage training programs using classroom, virtual, field, and mobile learning.
- Train and motivate sales teams to uphold brand values and improve client experiences.
- Oversee mobile learning tools, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Manage the training budget, define KPIs, and report on effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury sector or FMCG industry.
- Passionate about training and have the interpersonal skills to create a trustful relationship with the Teams.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Energetic, open-minded, agile, with a digital sensitivity
- Organized and rigorous, taste of business and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of Brand Value
- POS Experience would be advantageous
