Our client, an International Coding&Marking company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in the East Africa region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, paid search campaigns, and content creation. Proficiency in graphic and video design is a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of sales processes and CRM integration. Experience working for an International company is a MUST!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website using WordPress.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Develop and produce compelling customer case studies, both written and video, to highlight the success stories and benefits of our products and services.
- Work closely with customers to gather testimonials and insights for case studies.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and execute shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their impact on sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, and paid search.
- Strong content creation skills with a focus on engaging and relevant content.
- Experience in creating customer case studies, both written and video.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent event planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and integrate marketing campaigns with sales strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic and video design is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
