Our client, a well-established Construction company with its headquarters based in Male, Maldives is currently seeking to recruit Marketing Manager.
This role involves crafting a comprehensive marketing communications plan encompassing strategy, objectives, budget, and execution tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Develop and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts on various social media platforms)
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain and update a database of prospects and leads.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations for business growth opportunities.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts with clients. Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5 + experience in equivalent position
- Good Communication, Good Interpersonal Skills, Aggressive in follow up, Strong negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
