The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office and handle all administrative roles. He or she must have over 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator in a busy environment.
Key Requirements:
- Oversee and support staff with all administrative procedures.
- Report on the running of the office and procedures
- Responsible for editing of Company Documents
- Filing of both physical and digital documentation
- Onboarding New Hires
- Maintaining office supplies
- Managing Calendars and External bookings
- Personal Assistant Assignments
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree/diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
- Candidates with experience in HR and Accounting have an added advantage.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
