Our client, a a residential property developer with a goal to provide exceptional, affordable residential properties is looking to recruit an . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office and handle all administrative roles. He or she must have over 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator in a busy environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee and support staff with all administrative procedures.
  • Report on the running of the office and procedures
  • Responsible for editing of Company Documents
  • Filing of both physical and digital documentation
  • Onboarding New Hires
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Managing Calendars and External bookings
  • Personal Assistant Assignments

 Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree/diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
  • Candidates with experience in HR and Accounting have an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
