Our client a distinguished innovative company delivering business software for small and medium businesses is looking for a proactive partner success manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
- Understand partners’ goals and challenges to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary resources and support.
- Monitor partner performance and provide insights to help them optimize their strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to partners.
- Develop and implement partner success plans to drive engagement and retention.
- Gather feedback from partners to improve our products, services, and partnership experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to partners.
Qualifications
- Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or Higher
- Must have 5-7 years in managing direct and indirect sales operations in similar space.
- Managing and nurturing Sales teams.
- Experience with ICT Channels and partner management in Kenya.
- Good Communication skills, team management and discipline execution.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
