Our client, a well-established Construction company with its headquarters based in Male, Maldives is currently seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Executive to be based in their HQ office in Male.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote their construction services and drive business growth. They will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, closing sales deals and developing marketing campaigns. The successful candidate Must have prior experience in the Construction Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops the Sales and Marketing Strategy and work plan to support delivery of the overall Sales strategy.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates and implements Sales Strategies
- Design strategies that will ensure sustainability of the business.
- Develop, build and train sales and marketing teams.
- Identifies new sales venues to grow business as per management set targets.
- Monitors and ensures the targets set by the management are reached.
- Monitor sales budgets, targets and deliverables.
- Ensure that the marketing budgets are followed, and the organization achieves the desired results from the marketing expenditure.
- Put in place mechanisms to manage and mitigate sales risks.
- Ensures to negotiate the purchase, lease or rent of biomedical equipment’s to the most capable negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
