Sales Associate (Hospitality) – Nairobi, Kenya

Our client, a fast-growing restaurant based in Nairobi is looking to recruit a . He/she will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential corporate clients, and closing catering deals. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and have be driven, motivated, and outgoing personality.

Key Requirements:

  • Facilitate company sales with accurate customer services; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Create sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales.
  • Share a weekly list of clients visited vs clients to be visited with the General Manager.
  • Grow and retain corporate accounts by presenting new solutions and services to them.
  • Share the concept and various revenue streams including catering services and dine in options for corporate clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales within the corporate sector.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Banqueting, Catering and F&B
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
