Our client, in retail sector specialized in Luxury Accessories is looking to recruit a The candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer experience, managing the store floor, stock management and building & developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
Requirements
- Building and developing relationships with clients.
- Offering personal shopping sales and services appointments i.e in person, by phone or video call if required by customers.
- Ensuring clients have an enjoyable and unique shopping experience, by delivering memorable moments to every customer.
- Executing in-store hospitality policies and using amenities to create unique experiences.
- Stock management, visual merchandising as well as placing orders for clients.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Luxury Retail.
- Must be flexibility to work retail hours.
- Must have a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- IT proficient on Point of Sales Systems, client tracking and emails.
- Proactivity and eye for detail, always focusing on improvement of processes.
- Be adaptable, resilient, as well as a good team player
