Our client a Training and Consulting company that focuses on performance improvement for organizations is seeking to hire a Sales (Client Partner) to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively pursue leads, foster strong relationships, deliver compelling proposals to clients, close sales and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate Must have a Relevant Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience in sales and achieving targets. Experience selling services is highly preferred. Our client is keen on a candidate who is engaging, vibrant, confident, presentable, proactive, energetic and possesses strong people skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue and qualify sales leads, identifying opportunities to forge strategic partnerships with clients and successfully close deals.
  • Provide sales support by prospecting new leads, exploring cross-selling opportunities, and following up on referrals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance objectives and monthly targets.
  • Deliver compelling business proposals to both existing and potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial business relationships to drive customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate the value and return on investment of our solutions to clients.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery of client commitments.
  • Uphold a high standard of service excellence and cultivate exceptional business relationships with clients.
  • Drive new business growth through a deep understanding of our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed organizational sales targets consistently.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated experience in sales and achieving targets. Experience selling services is highly preferred.
  • Must be engaging, vibrant, confident, presentable, proactive, energetic and possess strong people skills.
  • Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
