Our client, a Global Access Solution Company with a wide range of portfolio comprising of door hardware, entrance system, electronic access & data, lodging systems, safe locks and Interior glass system, is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to provide B to B sales. The ideal candidate MUST be fluent in French and excellent background selling locks, elevators, sanitary ware and air-conditioning products for the Hospitality sector.
- Responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers.
- Prospecting of a new client and creating a sales pipeline.
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the Company with excellent customer service.
- Timely and accurate customer response and order entry.
- Assist with investigating and solving customer requirements.
- Plan, prepare & execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Create & deliver powerful presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years selling products & solutions to the Hospitality sector.
- Candidate with a background in architecture, building & construction and interior design.
- Must be fluent in French and English.
- Must have a background in selling hotel locks, elevators, sanitaryware and air-conditioning.
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a strong network across the region.
- Must be willing to travel across Africa and support multiple teams.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and personal car.
- Well organized & keep track of customer orders.
- Ability to think out of the box and create solutions for the best turnaround time.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
