Our client, a premium pastured poultry farm dedicated to regenerative agriculture and ethical, sustainable farming are seeking a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business.
The ideal candidate should be someone who thrives in sales, enjoys storytelling, and is passionate about sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new customers in the HORECA industry.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, hotel F&B managers, and catering businesses.
- Sales CRM Management: Establish and manage a Sales CRM platform to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Storytelling & Brand Representation: Confidently communicate our unique selling proposition (USP) and the story of how our chickens are raised using regenerative principles.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle pricing discussions, contracts, and negotiations to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills – must be confident, articulate, and persuasive.
- Tech-savvy – capable of building and managing a Sales CRM platform.
- Passionate about sustainability & regenerative farming – able to authentically tell our story.
- Self-motivated & results-driven – thrives in a high-incentive commission structure.
