Technical Sales Coordinator- Karen, Nairobi

Our client, a dynamic engineering company specialized in supplying and installation of fire protection equipment, fire systems and plumbing systems is looking to hire a Technical Sales Coordinator to be based in Karen, Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for client accusation, project management and invoicing process. He/ She will be reporting to the Directors and will be required to support all the sectors of the business. Prior experience in a technical sector will be an added advantage

Responsibilities: –
• Coordinate sales in collaboration with the sales team
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met
• Prospecting of potential clients.
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Recommend improved products to clients
• Providing product education and advice to clients
• Ensure customer service is always of the highest standards.
• Maintain good relations with both old and new clients
• May be required to offer support over the weekend
• Will be responsible for technicians

Qualifications: –
• Relevant educational background with matching skills set
• MUST have 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing
• Candidates with prior experience in Engineering or Building and Construction will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate must come from a B2B background
• Impeccable communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Swahili
• MUST be an aggressive sales person
• MUST have a proven record of meeting targets
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Self-driven, focused and goal oriented
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Monthly gross salary: Open depending on individual skills, experience and qualifications
