She is very passionate about Psychometric testing and considers it an important part of interviews as it helps identify a candidate’s personality and how well they would fit into an organizations culture. Together with her team of consultants; the company has been able to be recognized as crème de la crème among peer companies. She is a dedicated mother and during her free time, you will find her playing tennis, cooking or reading.
Amina is a gentle and soft-spoken Senior Recruitment Consultant who handles recruitments for clients in the following fields: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Construction and Mass Recruitment. She has a Diploma in Business Administration from Cross World Institute of Business Studies and previously worked as an Administration Assistant at The Source.

Hellen is also a Senior Recruitment Consultant who focuses on NGO’s, Solar, Electric and Agro-Tech companies. Her qualifications include a certificate in Tour guiding and administration and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource from College of Human Resource Management which is an affiliate of Cambridge International College.
She is very keen on how candidates express themselves during interviews but also pays close attention to one’s references and qualifications. She was a HR and Tour Leader Manager at G Adventures Ltd before joining Summit in 2016. She loves travelling such that her passport is almost full but has room for two more, The Grand Canyon in the USA and Uganda.
