Earlier in the year Summit Recruitment & Search was accepted into Praxi Alliance, a large network of independently owned and operated Recruitment and Executive Search companies situated across every continent.
This now means that we are in an even better position to undertake international headhunting projects and searches, with the ability to tap into a global network and database of candidates from anywhere in the world.
To date, Summit has collaborated with S&S Associates another member of Praxi Alliance and we will shortly be placing 3 positions in West Africa and Nigeria.
Bree Bichanga, Head of Talent Acquisition is attending the next Praxi Alliance meeting in Boston USA and will be bringing back global best practices solutions, including GDPR processes, which will be implemented on the Summit database.
We continue to offer our personalised local services across Africa and in addition to Recruitment and Executive Search, now also include payroll services and HR solutions. We are also putting together an onboarding offering, which will be of great interest to SME’s and larger organisations and we will be rolling this out towards the end of this year.
