Our client a leading property management company in Nairobi is seeking to hire an . The ideal candidate will be tasked with Reconciling and processing supplier payments, filing and payment of statutory deductions and taxes as well as preparing and submitting reports. The successful candidate must at least have CPA III, a degree in Finance and 3+ years’ experience as an account assistant in a property management company.
Key Requirements:
- Reconciling and processing supplier payments.
- Filing and payment of statutory deductions, NSSF.NHIF,PAYE.
- Filing and payment of Vat & Withholding Taxes.
- Procurement of supplies, custody and issuance.
- Processing of security deposit refunds and any other refunds.
- Reconciling and payment of Interior Design project payments.
- Updating of home owners extra services on the payout report.
- Processing of the payout invoices and sending them to the home owner.
- Updating the daily operations report.
- Assist in updating the weekly revenue report and monthly finance reports.
- Assist in updating the ledger.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Finance.
- Must have at least CPA III.
- Must have 3 years’ experience as an accountant in a property management with a background in hospitality.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
