Our client is a dynamic performance improvement organization dedicated to helping businesses unlock human potential through impactful training is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Client Service Coordinator (CSC).
The CSC will play a key role in planning and executing training programs, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive professional with strong self-leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks with integrity while actively contributing to a high-performance, adaptable team environment.
- Manage training calendars, logistics, and resource distribution, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared in advance.
- Lead operational aspects of client projects, ensuring smooth communication, execution, and high client satisfaction.
- Organize training sessions, send timely invitations, brief facilitators, track attendance, and manage graduation logistics.
- Address client feedback and requests promptly, using insights to enhance the training experience and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor training standards, analyze facilitator performance, and foster continuous improvement.
- Evaluate training data and ROI to generate actionable insights and support strategic reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated delivery and consistent client engagement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in customer service, project coordination or quality assurance in a busy environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms such as MS Office, project management software and virtual training platforms.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple client projects.
