Our client specializes in providing modern service and rest points for truck drivers and is seeking to hire a Fuel Sales Manager.

The role holder will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of the company’s fuel products. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth through new customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fuel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and maximize revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers, including gas station dealers and retailers.
  • Address inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and competitor activity.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Establish partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Prepare and maintain sales records and analyze market intelligence.
  • Monitor sales budgets and targets to ensure they are met.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to support overall goals and business growth.
  • Build and train sales teams as the station grows, providing support and performance evaluations.
  • Manage pricing, rebates, and discounts, ensuring accurate customer-related costs.
  • Adhere to marketing budgets to achieve desired results.
  • Enhance brand awareness to drive sales and monitor competitor activities.
  • Execute innovative tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales manager in the fuel industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
