Our client, in the retail sector specialized in Luxury Accessories, is looking to recruit a The candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer experience, managing the store floor, stock management and building & developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving clients in the shop.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Inputting sales and shipments into the sales systems.
- Dealing with emails.
- Placing orders with our other locations – Europe and other parts of Africa.
- Sending out daily reports.
- Stock takes in the shop and the outlets.
- Polishing and cleaning Silver, cleaning the shop daily, and arranging flowers for the shop.
- Handling weekly reports
- Travel to other outlets in Nairobi and Kenya
Qualifications:
- Degree in Customer Service/Sales or a related field
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Should be willing to attend events held by the company
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales person
- Organized and punctual
- Good Team player
- Excellent Computer skills
