What made you join Summit Recruitment & Search?
I was in the pursuit of a positive organizational culture which is key to feeling motivated and inspired at work. Getting the opportunity to work at Summit Recruitment, I felt that I would gain this as well as be able to interact with different people from different scopes of life.
What does your day entail?
Specializing in large scale recruitment, ensures I have very busy workdays. This entails me having numerous interviews a day. Some days this involves headhunting for senior-level recruits. I also ensure that I am always up to date on what is happening in my specialty sectors, i.e. IT & Engineering.
What’s the most enjoyable part of your day?
Spending time with my colleagues. They create a family environment where everybody is there for each other.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Well, am a very outgoing person. When you first meet me, I will come across as a bit introverted, but once I have my cup of coffee & get to know you, I am very upbeat. During my free time, I enjoy watching crime documentaries and spending time with my son, so I am a guru at all the kids shows and songs. Did I mention, am a good dancer, I thought you should know.
